Imagine how it would feel to know that while I’m in your home, the only thing you have to think about, is cuddling your newborn and resting. Let me bring you your favourite hot drink and something to eat before I put that load of laundry into the dryer and wash those dishes.
Allow me to be your safe space to unpack your emotions. Throw em’ all at me. Tell me exactly how you feel, knowing you will not be met with a “you should be grateful” or a “just you wait”, but instead, I’ll simply listen. Knowing exactly what it’s like to be in the trenches of motherhood. You will be seen, heard and held through your fourth trimester.
I will float around you and your family. Tailoring each visit to exactly what you need on that day. It isn’t one size fits all. I intuitively adapt my care to your needs.

PREGNANCY
2 visits before birth, a postpartum planning meeting where I speak with both you and your partner, answer any of your questions and leave you with a workbook to help keep the communication and planning flowing. You will have access to my book library and can pick my brain for whatever you need through our planning journey.
The second visit is around 38 weeks. We go through your home so I’m familiar with how to find my way around. We check in to make sure there’s no last minute questions and you’ve got everything ready to go. I will have a nourishing basket of meals to fill your freezer with, a total of 16 serves across 4 meals of your choosing. A menu will be created and sent to you before my visit. This will allow your first week home to be without the mental load of finding things to cook. It’s all there waiting for you.
POSTPARTUM
1 visit for 3 hours every Monday morning for 6 weeks
Light household duties (washing, dishes, laundry, beds changed, rooms reset)
Playing with siblings, if applicable
Helping you with outings, if needed
Nourishing chef cooked meals and snacks each week tailored to your recovery and repletion. 1 main meal, 4 serves, and 1 savoury batch of snacks and 1 sweet batch of snacks.
