Our three week journey begins at a time you need it most. This could be once your partner returns to work, or for the immediate period after birth, until you find your feet. This package has all the inclusions of fully nourished, it’s just a shorter journey!

x1 90 minute postpartum planning session via zoom (or in person) before birth
All my virtual resources
x1 two hour zoom call catch up to debrief during that first week post birth. We will lovingly unpack, acknowledge and close your birth.
x1 one hour weekly zoom coffee catch up for 6 weeks
x1 weekly in person door doula pick up/drop off for 6 weeks.
Virtual connection with me via voxer between 9am-5pm daily, until our time comes to a close
Nourishing meals and treats left lovingly on your door step.
Doula door duties could look like:
} Picking up a basket of your dirty laundry and returning it to you clean and folded
} Collecting your click and collect groceries
} Delivering you nourishing treats and meals
} Sitting cross legged on your doormat, chatting with you through the screen. Because sometimes you just need some in person connection!
Mama recovery and nourishment box
A virtual consultation with a certified lactation consultant. In person can be arranged, if you are comfortable with this.

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly plans available to suit you {at no additional cost}. This will depend how far along you are in pregnancy. Please get in touch to discuss.
